Qualifications:
1.
Applicant must be a citizen of the United States of America
and of Polish ancestry.
2. Applicant must be a full time student enrolled in an
accredited undergraduate or graduate
program at a college or university
3. Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
4. Applicant must become a member of their local PAC Division
or if none in their area,
then a member thru the National PAC.
Application:
1.
Completion of a PACCF Scholarship application.
2. Submit a resume, including:
a. The name and relationship to you of the nearest family
member(s) from whom you
ascribe your Polish ancestry;
b. A description of your academic and career goals.
3. Submit an original certificate of your most recent transcript,
including
an original certified copy of your GPA.
4. Submit a description of your personal involvement in
the community.
Scholarship
Award:
The amount of scholarships will be between $500.00 and $1,000.00
as determined
by the Scholarship Committee.
Note:
All scholarship payments will be sent directly to the college
or university that the
applicant will be attending.

Memorial Scholarships
Scholarship
Terms:
1.
Available for full-time undergraduate and graduate students
majoring in engineering or business administration.
2.
Recipients must attend a public state university or college.
3.
Amount of the scholarship is equal to the annual state-resident
(in-state) tuition.
4.
Scholarships are renewable annually.
5.
Merit and need are taken into consideration.
6.
Candidates not selected can reapply annually.
7.
Preference shall be given to applicants who will be juniors,
seniors, or graduate students in the fall term.

Applications
must be submitted by March 15, 2012
Scholarship
Award:
